Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with DriftAI. This policy explains when refunds and cancellations apply. The job board and free resume-score tool are free — this policy covers paid services only.

Resume services (one-time)

• Before we start writing, you can request a full refund.
• Each package includes revisions — please use them if the first draft isn't right.
• Because these are custom digital work products, once the final resume has been delivered and revisions used, the fee is generally non-refundable.

Job Hunt program ($150/month)

• Cancel anytime; you keep access until the end of the paid month.
• If we have not yet submitted any applications for the current period, contact us and we'll make it right.
• Because we begin working (tailoring and submitting applications) promptly, fees for a period during which work has been performed are non-refundable.

How to request

Email support@driftai.info with your name and order details. We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe.
